Your cat records are never deleted simply because your CatKeeper access changes.
If complete CatKeeper access ends while you have more than 5 active cats, you choose up to 5 active cats to continue fully managing.
Additional active-cat records remain preserved and viewable, with their history and care information intact.
Those additional records remain available to search and export. Past Cats do not consume the five-cat Free Version allowance.
When an active-management opening becomes available, you can select another preserved active cat. Restoring complete CatKeeper access restores editability to the preserved active records.
