Processing time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Delivery estimates
Domestic delivery usually arrives within 3–8 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination and customs processing.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your local carrier or customs office. These aren't included in your order total.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, write to us through the contact page and we'll make it right.
