Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is wrong, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement — no need to ship anything back.
How to start a return

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received, typically within 5–10 business days.
Gifts and bundles
Gifted orders can be exchanged or refunded as store credit to the recipient.
